Blood type diets are diets based on one's blood type.

Mayo Clinic dietitian Katherine Zeratsky RD LD warns that blood type diets may not meet the nutritional needs of a person, explains that these diets may not improve one's weight or health, and says that there is no scientific evidence supporting these diets.[1]
