Kim Ung-Yong (born March 7, 1962) is a Korean child prodigy. He was able to read in Japanese, Korean, German, and English by his fourth birthday. On November 2, 1967, he solved complicated differential and integral calculus problems. Later, on Japanese television, he demonstrated his proficiency in Chinese, Spanish[citation needed], Vietnamese, Tagalog, German, English, Japanese, and Korean. Ever in the childhood, he began to compose poetries. Kim was listed in the Guinness Book of World Records under "Highest IQ"; the book estimated the boy's score at over 210.[1] Kim Ung-yong was a physics student at a university at age three,[citation needed] being invited to study in the United States' National Aeronautics and Space Administration(NASA).[citation needed]
